Booking Process, Reservation Form, and Cancellation Terms
1. First, contact us by filling out this form. Please be sure to include your email address, and phone number, in the comment box enter your travel dates, describe your desired accommodations as best you can, and the number of travelers in your group.
2. We will contact the Resort to check availability and then notify you of results as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 days).
3. You should then confirm with us that you wish to proceed with booking of your trip and provide the name and contact information for the Lead Guest in your group. Also provide the names and arrival times of any guests joining you that are included in this confirmation so they may receive VIP bracelets at check-in.
4. We will send you a rental agreement that you will need to fill it out and send back to us. An invoice will also be sent to you.
5. You will then send payment. We are PayPal and Zelle verified. We do accept U S Postal Money Orders and Certified Bank Checks. If using either of these two methods, payment will have to clear the bank before we process your request.
6. We will then book your accommodations with the resort and send you the confirmation via email.*
Please check various airline companies to ensure there are flights available for your dates. We strongly advise that flights are not booked until confirmation is received. Dates can be slightly altered for flight schedules at a later date.
7. As soon as you can, please forward your flight information so that we can arrange for your transportation from the airport to the Resort. We cannot guarantee your Airport transfer and welcome at the airport if your flight information is not provided to us in writing a full ten (10) business days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy/Other Terms
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 3 months prior to arrival will receive a full fee refund of payments made to date. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of payments made to date. Any cancellation 1 month prior to arrival and the fee will be forfeited in its entirety.
All alterations (rescheduling) are subject to availability. Once a booking has been confirmed guests may only make date alterations (rescheduling) where the Resort is given a 3 months notice prior to the arrival date. We can accept alterations of 2-3 days movement of the confirmed booking to accommodate flight changes.
Guest Changes
Should the size of your traveling party increase from the number shown on your confirmed reservation, you will be required to make reservations for additional accommodations. Any additional guests that you wish to join you in the Resort who are not included in your confirmation will be required to pay a daily charge of $200.00 USD. They will be issued a NON-VIP bracelet.
